We develop software and deliver solutions for a living. Our bet is that you and your organisation probably have other things that keep you busy most of the time. So we look to help from initial discussions right through to delivering the benefit, training your users and supporting you as your systems are embedded and (as often happens) grow with you.

Engage better: understand more
We've got to get the requirement right! By avoiding
slow, prescriptive traditional methods of capturing
requirements we have been able to work in a much
more agile way. By talking in terms of Actors and
their Goals we can quickly story-board your
requirements. The most important thing is to
understand what you want to achieve without
confusing the picture with HOW. We deal with that
later.
This keeps things fluid and alive. It also means we get to understand more of the requirement, more quickly and you get to see ‘Mock-ups’ very soon after initial discussions. It’s a very fast way of convincing yourself we understand your needs and a great way for us to evidence our value, early.
You don’t need to compromise on good service just because the cost is lower. We just deliver differently.
Rock-solid support
The systems we deliver come with full support. They
are hosted for you, so there’s no ‘job’ for you or
your IT team in the support and maintenance of software
or hardware. We take that all on for you.
We’ll support you using the solution too. We don’t make a big scene out of making small changes for you. Because we know your needs change over time our solutions are built to be extensible. Through supporting you closely we can advise where further benefit can be derived and thrive on helping get the most from your business systems.
