Meet the management team
As a management team we've got a common background in the development, delivery and support of a broad array of IT business solutions. We sat down in September 2003 to find ‘a better way’. Together we set up NewOrbit , focussed totally on making the development, delivery and support of bespoke business systems as rapid and cost-effective as possible.
Sean Worthington
Sean has worked as Head of Professional Services in Microsoft's Business Solutions division as well as holding senior positions in Northgate and Great Plains. He was also Commercial Director at Computers In Personnel before setting up NewOrbit
with Frans. Sean has seen a great deal of what makes the delivery of bespoke software projects succeed and fail: a vital pedigree in his line of business.

Frans Lytzen
Frans worked with Sean at Microsoft Business Solutions and also as
Operations Director at Computers In Personnel. He has extensive experience in setting up product development environments and a deep knowledge of architecting complex business solutions. He acts as our Ops Director and Chief Architect within NewOrbit.
My focus has always been on
using technology to solve business problems rather than just
using technology for technology's sake. A background in
process optimisation and software architecture enables me to
rapidly design effective business solutions while our unique
development platform allows us to develop elegant, secure
and fully web-based applications more efficiently than has
ever been possible previously.
Pete Kendall
Pete has an impressive career
in technology support to clients. He has fulfilled roles in an array of IT companies, such as PWA and Northgate Information Systems. He joined the team at NewOrbit to head up our Client Support team. In this role he is responsible for ensuring we provide a highly responsive Helpdesk service as well as a unique and flexible capability to grow your solutions as you need them to, over time.
